The only reason we booked these 5 nights were so we could  spend time with family so we arrived on Sunday and drove down to Danielle and Joe’s apt to meet Joe - we really like him allot and to see Danielle and William “Will” who is the most amazing funny, beautiful smart and a charmer with long straight dark hair, he just turned 5 months old waits for someone to look at him so he can smile at you.💙Mom and Dad spend allot of time with him and is even teaching him sign language. Hopefully he will have his Dad’s musical talent. He is just pure joy and love. I am so glad I had kids young and can now enjoy great grandchildren yes I said great grandchildren we also have Jack who is Megan’s son who has more energy than Great Grandpa and I put together, so so smart it’s obvious that Megan has put allot of time into Jack so has Mimi (Liz) we are truly blessed with 6 wonderful grandchildren and 2 greatgrandchildren. Out of respect I am not posting pictures of the littles, I will leave that up

Anza-Borrego State Park Borrego Springs CA we absolutely loved it here although John did get spoken to because he had parked 1 tire on the dirt as our campsite was pretty small, otherwise he stayed out of trouble and it was a great time. we did get one day of rain but otherwise it was the only area that if Monet were no object we could have a second home there. John did some hiking and we drove around one day taking pictures of all this metal art, life sized art. We also found a fruit stand that belonged to a commercial farmer and we bought a 10lb bag of organic tangerines, yum the sweetest tangerines we have ever eaten and we shared them with FT friends down in Quartzite, fresh produce is something boondockers love. We also went to the local farmer’s market and have discovered on this trip we love local infused olive oil at an average of $20/bottle Tile commemorating volunteer efforts of Anne’s mother-in-law at Anza  Borrego State Park visitor center. * Note Jan 13,15 back to Quartzi
