We will be having "Thanksmas" before we leave with the Charlestown family we have started a new tradition making homemade Lasagna from fresh homemade pasta -we started making homemade pasta during the Pandemic as part of the homeschool experience. This year we are adding Norwegian Salmon and a peekaboo cake that has yummy surprises come out when you cut it...yum, Willow is disappointed that we are going on another long trip!!! we will keep in touch with her every few days. Someday we wont feel like traveling so now is the time.
